Stroke

In 2004 I experienced my first Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA), which is a mild stroke. I was taken by ambulance to the hospital for extensive tests. Later my doctor increased my regular medication, due to my blood pressure, and informed me I would be on medication for the rest of my life. I came to be on 5 medications which were debilitating.

After two months and nineteen additional TIA attacks I attended my first treatment with Dr. Philippe Souvestre in 2005. He advised me his prescribed treatment would be of twelve to sixteen weeks duration. After completing treatment, Dr. Souvestre had been able to address most of the effects from the TIAs, which allows me to perform many of my previous activities.

I am no longer using any prescription medication and my blood pressure is now at marginally acceptable levels.
